My husband doesn't help with the baby at all. He has never once taken a night shift (he has lost NO sleep since the baby came). He only holds the baby when I tell him to, and then he sighs. He has change a diaper maybe once. And if I talk to him about helping him more with the baby he yells at me for calling him a bad dad (which I have NEVER done- I've only asked him to help more with the baby). Does anyone else have this problem? #tiredmommy #sleepdeprived

Sounds like he knows what he's doing. I'd tell him to step it up or I'd be gone.
@bria, @rguffey27, yeah my son absolutely loves his daddy and he gets so excited to see him and he just says hi Kaysen and keeps walking past him unless I physical hand him to him he holds him for a minute than puts him down it sucks big time I'm sorry you guys are going threw it to I'm always here to talk if you need to
I hope it gets better. My daughter and her dad didn't really bond til about 3 months and now she's like so obsessed with him it's sad when she's sitting there looking up at him and he won't pick her up 😑 I'm praying for you mama
@ace160, @bria I'm so sorry y'all are going through this too. It makes raising this little guy harder than it should. And because of it, our son hasn't bonded with him at all.
@rguffey27, oh my gosh yes!!!! It's so Annoying my son is 7 almost 8 months old and nothing I have to tell him to hold him or make him change him and that's only once in a while and he will roll his eyes and try to come up with excuses to get out of it he says once he turns one he will help more excuse you dude you should help more before you feel like it and he wants another one now I don't think so I can't even get you to help with one kid and he doesn't clean up after himself or anything unless I freak out now so I literally have to do everything so fricken annoying!!!!
I did. I mean my bf helped a little more with changing and dressing her, but yes 7 plus months later and he's never taken a night to help me ever. Idk if u saw my post but last night was the first straight night of sleep I got (cuz baby slept) in over three months. I'm up before him everyday, waking up throughout the night etc. I don't get a break ever! He has his son 3 days a week and all that kid does is make a mess and not he held responsible for cleaning up after himself (he's 8). I spend hours cleaning while literally wearing my baby, or her sleeping, etc and my house just gets destroyed. Plus I cook everyday 😑😑😑
