has anyone had hypothyroid and had complications even when medicated?

I've gained maybe a little over 20 pounds already. and im only 22 weeks

I just fely like when they put me on the medication thats when i started gaining weight when the doctor said it should have made it harder. But my sensitivity to temperature went away

Yes, I've been hypo for a long time. I've definitely gone through periods when thing are off. What symptoms are you having?
