When did you mommas get your little ones ears pierced? Is there a better time to do it with how old…

We did my daughter's at 2 months after her first set of shots. For us it was easier then because she was less mobile so she couldn't mess with them and it was also easier to clean them

@beebaby, she's due April 24th but at 30 weeks she's already over 4lbs so they are thinking sooner!

I did it at 6 months, because that's when her ped office would do it. Had no idea they even did that but yeah! It was easy. They used a numbing cream. My daughter still screamed but it was from the doctor being all up in her face because that's when she started and she is exactly like me lmao. She didn't let out any yell when he actually pierced her ears. She just don't like people all up in her space 😂 she was screaming bloody murder from them using the marker to draw dots on her ears😩😩

I was going to do my daughters after her first shots but when I reached out to other mommas, I was completely bashed for wanting to "mutilate" my daughter by piecing her ears. They acted as if I was chopping off her right arm or tattooing her entire back or something.

But it did get me thinking - maybe I shouldn't Pierce her ears without her consent when she's a bit older. So her dad and I decided it would be one of her 3rd birthday presents!

Do it when they are babies and little lol, my husband didn't want to saying ... what if she doesn't want it? Let her choose when she wants them. My daughter got her ears done when she was 5.
