I'm starting work again this week.. I get my walks done there between 3 to 5 miles a day. I'm already 8 weeks pp.. but I'm still a little nervous. not trying to loose weight but just start@js_kidsmom shaping back up.
My doc said 6 weeks both times after my c-sections. I actually went in for an appt to be checked before I got approval to work out. I still had pain for over a year after my second one. I finally am able to tense up my abs and it's been 19 months.
6-8 weeks but sometimes it's more for some people everyone heals differently! Keep in mind that a c section generally means it takes longer for your uterus and everything to settle back into place so for me it took me awhile for exercise to not hurt.
