I think it would close over but it all depends on your body and how fast it heals really. with mine I only had it pierced a few months then had to take it out because they pierced it wrong so when I had my daughter my milk came out of one of the holes even though it's closed and I get colostrum coming out of it now

I just really don't want them to close lol but I plan to ask my doctor when I go in next as for right now my boobs are sore so they kinda hurt but not really bad so I think I'll keep them in for now lol

I'm not really sure if this protains to the question but you can still breastfeed if they're open. They just recommend you remove jewelry for feedings. I would assume keep them in as long as you feel comfortable or until your doctor says so. Or even ask. I would just think they'd be uncomfortable with growing itchy boobs. I wanted mine done but never did now I'm pregnant and tmi my boobs and nipples itch like out of this world lol.

I took mine out maybe a week after I found out but that's because my boobs were soar and killing me depending on how long you had them they'll close up right away and if your breastfeeding.
