Yes. It hit my son alot more right before bedtime. We don't know when it hits them. Sounds like her tooth is about to cut through which is the painful part. Buy Infant Tylenol or if you have some already give her some. Dose says on the back of bottle. Freeze some grapes or any fruit she eats. Frozen Grapes work best I heard. You can give her a pickle to chew on also.
