So is it normal to be 31 weeks and at the 4d ultrasound yesterday the lady said my son is already head down. I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my pelvic area. But I'm also have sharp pains in my vagina. Is this normal. This didn't happen with my daughter. I had to be induced with here.

yes! my daughter was head down at about 28 weeks and stayed in position. every pregnancy is different. the pressure is likely dropping. try yoga to relieve the pain!
