So is it normal to be 31 weeks and at the 4d ultrasound yesterday the lady said my son is already head down. I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my pelvic area. But I'm also have sharp pains in my vagina. Is this normal. This didn't happen with my daughter. I had to be induced with here.
