I have prenatal depression and anxiety and no one seems to understand. I've been called crazy and over emotional by the people who should be supportive of me. I spent the first 5 months of my pregnancy being the only one in my family that was excited about it. Now everyone wants to tell me how to parent and that I can't be emotional once the baby comes and that I have to control my mood swings or I'll be a bad parent, an woman undeserving of motherhood. I feel so alone. I'm going to distance myself from everyone until after the baby gets here because I'm so tired of feeling like no one understands. I don't even want to tell anyone I'm going into labor at this point. I'll just tell everyone he's here once he gets here. I was so worried about going into labor alone and then I realized I've been in this pregnancy alone, so why bother caring who'll be at the hospital with me.
