Got the mirena IUD yesterday and ever since (TMI) I've been pooping like crazy pretty much just like when I'm on my period but worse it hits me like diarrhea but it's always solid. Not sure if the pooping is cause of the mirena but just though I would see if anyone else had experienced this? And also what is everyone else's side effects from it?

@alipaige6399, you're welcome I asked my doctor and she said that if it shifts (she said anything is possible) it could cause some damage, but you're body heals differently from other people.
Most people go back in a couple weeks after the mirena for a check up on it, if you do just ask them.
I haven't had any bleeding yet thank god! And @genesismommy26, my doctor didn't say anything about any of that but I will do my research. Thank you!
My sister had heavy bleeding for a yr til she go it out, then had trouble getting pregnant for another yr and when she did get pregnant she miscarried, he doctor said that in recent studies mirena causes infertility or miscarriage.@alipaige6399,
If you say you poop a lot during your period, it could be the hormones from mirena getting into your system
I didn't have that side effect but I spotted for like 3 weeks.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I got back in a month so I will be sure to ask them! @genesismommy26,
