Good awesome amazing morning 🌞 ladies 👭👭👭 hope everyone has a awesome throw 🔙 Thursday . I am up trying to work with Dan Dan on his spelling but he not wanting to do EVERYTHING else 😩. He doesn't catch on easy like the other children in his special needs classroom. I am trying my best to get him on track with his other classmates but he refuses. Mommies with special needs children is your child/ren behid on their special needs class? I feel like I am FAILING him as his mother what can I do he isn't understanding 😢.
He has 10 spelling words that he needs to write and he just don't understand how to do it . He is on medicine for his ADHD and mood disorder . He is extremely behind his other special needs classmates.
I TRY my hardest but he just refuses please absolutely NO negative comments at all I am asking for advice not criticism or nothing like that.

He's not the other children. He may require more attention. I would do fun but educating things at home. Maybe incorporate something he really likes with learning.

My son is in a special needs classroom 85%of the day and his teacher works one on one with him. Now he is in kindergarten so idk if it makes a differences. Your doing the best you can. I was also told to work on 2 words a day and not the whole list. @smilingwithmyawesome4kids

My son in in his special needs classroom 90% of the day. His teachers try to work with me one on one but he refuses. I just feel like a failure since he isn't able to read or write. I try not to compare him to his other classmates in his special needs classroom. But it's sooo difficult when he is extremely behind his special needs classmates.
