It looks like baby acne or exzma

Or heat rash. Or rash from something new/ different he ate.

@shyshy2.3, @tbucket, he hasn't eaten anything new, they weren't there before the bath that I noticed. I thought it might be a heat rash but wasn't completely sure.

@shyshy2.3, I don't think so, we've been using the same soap for a while, the bottle is almost empty.

No my son had a alergic reaction to Johnson's baby shampoo and body wash but it was just a rash even a new laundry detergent can do it and not necessarily bother him

My son breaks out like that if I put cloths from the store on him without washing. It could be a delayed reaction since they are still always changing
