Use rattles, goofy faces , pick a boo, sing alongs anything to distract the baby long enough to get a good picture while there laughing lol also make sure he has a full tummy I learned that is the trick to make a baby happy and try using a boppy and cover it with a white or black blanket or sheet and lay him in it to prop him up so he doesn't have to be completely on his back you should be able to get your picture then(:
