Excuse the language but I am fed up. I feel like this is the only safe place I can vent to... So I've been working this family medicine location for a few months now, (I'm resource so it's not permanent) and there has been nothing but drama. I actually got asked if I want to work at this location full time and at first it sounded like a great idea but now I'm not so sure. I don't know if I want to work at a place that's full of a bunch of tattletale bitches who cry to the manager whenever something they notice is "wrong." Legit some medical assistant tattled on another girl who was checking her phone.. like how is that affecting you personally in any way? seriously, how old are we?? I am NOT about to get involved in a drama-filled workplace. it's hard enough that I have to leave my baby boy every day. Screw this shit 😡
