Ok mamas I need some advice. I did something dumb and let my daughter nurse herself to sleep and pretty soon it's the only way I can gets her to sleep but it just caught up to me...she got her first tooth. Obviously I can't brush it after dinner if she eats to sleep, so I need a new way of putting her down. Any suggestions, please!?
@amorrione, honestly at this age, the bottles of milk during bed time is fine. It's when you give them juice or milk every night past the age of 1/ 1.5 is when it starts to get bad. But for now it's okay. You can try the paci, that works for some kids.
She's still too little for water and letting her have a bottle of milk or formula leaves the same issue of her teeth not being brushed after that letting her breastfeed does :-/. Doe you think she might be satisfied with a pacifier if I hold her like she's nursing? @mrs.alexis,
A bottle of breast milk or formula will be your best bet (: both my son and daughter still take sippys of water to bed. My sons 3 and my daughters 1

shaking a baby?!
So this girl I know had a baby girl a few months before me. The baby is 8-9 months. Well she was over at my bff house and the baby was crying and she went into the room and shook her and yelled at her to go to sleep!!! My bff started yelling at her to take care of her child. She said but she needs to go to sleep I want yo watch this movie! And my bff told her to get out of the room and she put baby girl to sleep. She goes to the living room. She is not watching a movie but is ...
Have you tried a paci instead of a bottle. Or a blanket or a teddy bear. My daughter gets comfort with a teddy bear and a blanket.
