I want to get this off my chest...if you're going to comment then read the entire story. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels like this at times...

I recently heard a woman asking about what she could do to lose weight during pregnancy or anything that could help her ease her mind off of being a "fatty" (her words - not mine). This woman looks like she is going to pop and bring a baby into this world. She complains about stretch marks, the weight number on the scale, and how she doesn't look "pretty" in the mirror. She was bragging about how skinny (or as she puts it: "gorgeous" ) she was before being pregnant and that all the guys wanted her and girls wanted to be her.

Hearing all that just made me upset as I continued to walk by. I was never skinny. I always struggled with my weight since puberty. I never was a size 0-4, never got gawked by guys, I mean...I wasn't what everyone called "pretty girls". I can't relate to her about her size before being pregnant. It took all my strength to bite my tongue and ignore the urge to stand in front of her just to say deal with it.

I so badly wanted to tell her to deal with it and that she has to embrace it. She's carrying a living child inside of her. Of course she'll grow big and have stretch marks. That shows your baby is growing how it should be and that you're getting close to holding your child. Your baby is running out of room so every time you look in the mirror - just smile because that's your baby. Don't feel embarrassed or down on yourself because you're becoming a "fatty" for 9 months.

I wanted to tell her also that she should worry about losing weight after the baby is born and not during your pregnancy. It just bothers me on how some women can complain about gaining weight during being pregnant when they didn't have to before. I've always been a chubby girl...I struggled every day for years hoping I can improve my appearance somehow in any way I could. Women like her, always told me straight up that I was fat and should kill myself because no guy wants me ever. You could literally tell she is a bully. I walked by her while she was talking...and the reason I tried so hard to continue biting my tongue is because she said "I don't want to continue looking like her after the baby. No guy would ever want me again as well as my husband." She also yelled out to me saying I need to go to the gym. People like her just pissed me off!

I just...I know I shouldn't let it get to me but she is not the first to fat shame me. I was always told I was fat and other mean things for years as I was growing up. Even my family said if I didn't lose any weight that they would disown me. I don't try to let it get to me...sometimes it triggers and it hurts so much.

Bitches like that is what is wrong with society...

It honestly sounds like she has an eating disorder issue .... the reason why I say it is because before my bundle of joy I struggled with anorexia and to be honest because of my baby boy i learned to love my self and my body and not to mention I defeated my eating disorder. , maybe she has one and that's the only way she's able to express her self.

@jerin it drove me bonkers when a girl I used to be friends with would complain about being fat when she was a double zero, it got worse during both of her pregnancys and she would go up maybe 2 pants sizes till her ninth month then she would need maternity pants then she literally walks out of the hospital like she never gave birth. I finally had enough and told her to put herself in my shoes, I suffered from bulimia and bc of that I destroyed my thyroid and made it so hard to lose weight by the time I was 18 I couldn't get any weight off. I have never been less then a size 8. I have struggled my entire life as a child being told I was fat during the bulimia I was still told I was fat and that I was ugly bc my hair was falling out and my skin looked ashy. And even today I struggle, and my husband does so much though to try and make me feel better. I hope she doesn't get to you to bad. I'm sorry people in this world can't just be thankful
