10 weeks and it was still uncomfortable and hurt. You'll probably just want to start out slow and see how you feel. You're body will let you know if it's ready and how much it can handle. 😊

You're supposed to wait until you're given the okay from the doctor because of chance of infection.

With my daughter she was 5 months my first time. My son was 5 weeks.

My stomach felt pretty numb..But overall, no pain or discomfort.

My stitches were a tiny bit sore, no pain, but we went slow at first.
