My two month old started really drooling last night a lot and now this afternoon has flushed cheeks. Anyone have any thoughts as to why?

Oh wow. His gums at the are a vey pale pink as well.

Could be teething...although I thought the same with my little man when he was that age and at 7 months old he still has no teeth!
