So I'm on birth control and I take the pill. Saturday I went out of state to go visit my mom for her birthday and I forgot my pill pack. I didn't take my pill Saturday or Sunday and now I have to take 2 pills today and 2 tomorrow and I'll be back on track. My boyfriend lives in the same state as my mom and we had sex Saturday night/Sunday morning. What do you guys think my chances of getting pregnant are? I took my pills the way I'm supposed to all week. My gyn told me I could take plan b but that it might not work because birth control makes it less effective.

Every ones body is different but I think your chances are low if you been taking them on the daily basis and just missed those days drink what you have to to catch up you should be OK it happened to me before and I didn't get pregnant
@beebaby, My thing is I thought birth control became effective because the hormones build up in your body. Like when I started I had to wait a week to have unprotected sex. So after all this time missing two days makes all the hormones ineffective? I'm so confused as to how it works lol
I think your chances are low. But then again you never know. I didn't take mine for 6 months and finally got pregnant and with my second I got pregnant in two weeks.
I been off my birth control pills since April this year
I'm taking Camila birth control pills and I was wondering because I take my pills everyday at 12pm but today I didnt take it because I have to go get them will they stop working because I'm taking them a few hours later ???
