I want to take days off without pay. Like to me 1 day out of 15 owell. Let me keep my PTO chumps!!! Lmao. I use to get 12 sick days, 15 days vacation and 2 personal days....didnt know how good I had it.

@mskandice, shit that's good. We have to earn the pto and if we are late or call out they use the pto without our consent 🙄.

Exaclty its bs....like we get 120 hrs PTO but thats including sick days so 15 a year. Well I could use all that on vacation alone. 2 4 day vacays plus extra time off on holidays screw that....im going PRN as needed for medical professionals and only working when I want to, If they call I just say im not available or I am available and its 12 hr shifts so bam done in 3 days vs 5.

@mskandice, you know it. Shoot. Changed my schedule so I work 10 hour days and have my 3 days off but it's just not enough. I can't take a vacation like I want

Yep yep that's what Im working on. I can't deal with this im tied down 8 to 5 5 days a week non sense....or asking for vacation bullshit. Business owner here I come.
