If you could tell new mother's one thing, what would you say? Well I have a few things..1.) Don't beat yourself up! As mothers we tend to worry and think too much about how we can be better moms but if your children are happy and healthy then you're doing just fine. 2.) Enjoy them!! They grow a little each day. Stop worrying about other people and other things and focus on raising your kids. The chores, the phone, everything can wait. 3.) Your body is amazing! You went through a lot to carry your child/ren and bring them into this world. That is a gift . Appreciate what your body went through and don't worry about the marks and pounds you gained. 4.) there is no manual for parenting. Experience comes with time and eventually you'll get the hang of it. 5.) take time for yourself ! If it gets rough and you feel that you cant take it anymore just take a few minutes to yourself to recharge. There is nothing wrong with breaking down once in a while because being a mom is hard but worth it!
