totally possible! I had the same signs an everything thought I would never have milk. but as soon as my baby was born I saw colostrum an then my milk came in days later

You will be ok. Not everyone leaks or can squeeze milk out their breast when they're pregnant. I couldn't. I wear a triple d (well, I'm bigger than that but don't want to buy a bigger bra lol). I have never even leaked at all and I breast feed my son who's now 3 months. Been breastfeeding since birth.

Breast size doesn't matter at all. Breast leaking or not leaking doesn't indicate whether you'll produce enough milk or not. Get your hopes up! Study. Build knowledge. Go into it feeling confident. Most moms don't do it or quit early because they lack confidence and knowledge of their body.

@aliakr @tiffcarter thanks ladies appreiciate the insite. Just came a concern when thinking my breasts haven't swelled or gotten bigger since 1st trimester. But glad to know there's still light at the end of the tunnel.

Anything I can do like take any supplements or food I should be consuming to increase the matter.

You got this. There's nothing you can do ahead of time. But ince baby is born stay hydrated and well nourished. Feed on demand. Realize that what you pump doesn't indicate how much milk your baby gets at the breast. Etc etc. I'm normally a small B. I'm still nursing my almost 3 yr old along with my almost 3 month old and still able to pump and freeze milk

@kmarie1303, supplementing doesn't do anything. All you have to do is keep breastfeeding and pumping. I've Never decreased in supply for either one of my 2 kids. In the beginning I breastfed until my milk came in. Once my milk came in I breastfed and pumped. I used to pump 4 times a day for the first month and then I stopped because I wanted to sleep. When my son was 2 months old I pumped at least 1 time a day. Now, I try to pump once a day but I don't. I go a day here and there without pumping. My supply is still very high where if I want to pump, I can get 8oz of milk pumped even after feeding my son until he stops. (He's 3 months now). Your body produces what you tell it to.

I didn't produce much. My boobs didn't have any symptoms when I was pregnant. My baby wouldn't latch on so I tried pumping for a while and I'd barely pump out an ounce. I of course gave her what I could but she was formula fed pretty much. I felt awful that I wasn't producing anything 😕

@arivera64 @tiffcarter thanks ladies to the tips.& pointers. FTM only asked about the supplements bc u sometimes see them online etc. But u can really belive all that information!! I will definitely be doing more.research & keeping the confidence that I can bc i want too & gunna make it happen😊

@cheyenne.frazier thanks girl for your expirences with the matter. I know there is a slim chance that with even having a postive mentality that sometimes it just doesn't work.that way. But im not gunna think that way till it's happening. & right now I'm just gunna research & hold onto the confidence that I can & will Lol. Gunna get the pump ordered too in advance tho I know i cant try pumping be4 baby comes bc its not good to do so. I'm halfway thru so got sometime to get all information I need.
