When you get up in the morning, get up slowly, dangle your feet a little first, and then get up. Once you're up, eat something with fiber and drink something sugary. That's what helped me the most. It was definitely the worse for me between 8am-10am 😕 good luck!

Crackers are definitely a must. Breads seemed help a little too. Small snacks all day long.
