Maybe call the on call nurse.... does she have a fever? Or go in just to get a second opinion to rule out the baby acne.

That's a bit severe for baby acne but idk how bad it can get. My son only had it on his face. But he did get heat rash and it looked like that. And he has that all over his face, chest, back, head. Maybe it's that? My dr gave me hydrocortisone cream. And he was fine.

Viruses can cause rashes especially on babies and since she's been puking might be something to pook into my kids got it also when they were babies you can Google virus rashes on babies and it will show you pics and then you can compare

Yes I think I'll take her to urgent care tomorrow an she sees her pediatrician Tuesday. she doesn't seem to be itchy buy she's soooo fussy not sure if it's because of the rash or because she's gassy @rmreed

I've taken her three times twice to her doctor an once to the hospital they all say the same it's baby acne. but I just don't know. Especially lately with her vomiting after almost every feeding maybe I'm just being a paranoid first time mom @ecahanes

I thought it could be, I use baby detergent an I've tried a few brands an nothings helped :/ I even wash my clothes in baby detergent @haleynicole
