You can get your AF and not ovulate. Your AF is just shedding of the uterine lining. I have PCOS so before I got pregnant I use to have periods without ovulating. Do you use ovulation strips? Also have long have you been TTC?

thats what I said, i didn't ovulate and i know i didn't, this month or last month and I've been using opks for the past few month and on and off since we've been trying. i have pcos too. I've been ttc for about a year and a half now @babybearblue2

@jgood2220, I'm not sure if it was a typo or I read wrong but I thought you wrote "I already know I did ovulate since af is here" so I apologize if I misunderstood. But mainly I want to tell you not to give up hope. It took me and my husband 3 years, a lot of tears a lot of prayers. At one point I thought it would never happen. It will just keep trying. I can tell you that before I got pregnant I was taking natural supplements that I believed worked. But it could have just been chance. I was using Ovaboost and fertilaid supplements and a fertility blend tea. It's tricky using OPKs while having PCOS but don't give up, it'll happen for you ❤️

With PCOS it is very possible to get pregnant but your chances can also be higher for miscarriage, have you been to the doctors? Many times your hormone levels are off and they can point you in the right direction to help you get them back on track. @jgood2220 It's possible, I waited 3 years for my little miracles 😊 They were worth the hard times.

right now I'm taking myo inositol powder and folic acid pills. i know it takes a while with pcos but its so hard sometimes. whenever i see af i just feel like a failure and i feel like my body is always against me. i don't want to give up but sometimes its so difficult and just upsetting. i think it just scares me whenever i see af because i feel like it will never happen 💔 @babybearblue2

mine was a little over a weak, I'm sorry it showed up so early for you too and i probably will @jaxmama and i just found a supplement to help more than the inositol

It's fine I just hate the irregular cycles. They're so unpredictable until the day it comes then I get those cramps and then I know haha. But that's good! Hopefully you find something that works! @jgood2220,
