I'm worried I'm getting ppd anyone give me any advice? No judgment please. I'm just feeling down my husband has only had 2 days with our 10 day old baby he had to leave for work the day after we brought him home I don't know if I'm depressed bc him being gone or what I really need someone to talk to

I'm feeling down too! It's always hard for me to tell if it's PPD or just my normal stresses! When I was about 3 months pp I was diagnosed with PPD and they prescribed me meds but I never ended up taking them because I stared to feel better. It like comes in waves!

@mommymcclung, that's the way I'm feeling too. It's not all the time it's just sometimes. And I don't want to be put on meds if it's just coming and going
