I am so uncomfortable while trying to sleep at night, or sleep, or work. Anyone have ideas on how to get a good night's sleep in the last couple weeks? I have tried the body pillow and sleeping on my left side and I still toss and turn uncomfortably. I'm hardly getting sleep idk what else to do.
Up until like 34-35 weeks I couldn't get comfortable unless I slept on my back lol. I always woke up on my sides but I couldn't fall asleep unless I was on my back! But now I can usually find a comfortable position on my sides. But I am lucky because I don't have bad hip pain or anything so idk if this helps u at all ~ but sleeping has actually gotten better for me except for when I have to get outta bed to pee
When I started to get bigger I slept with a million pillows and propped up cause it mimicked a recliner
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@justnerves, I know your feeling! I get so uncomfortable sometimes it hurts. I've try everything as well. The other day I had fell asleep sitting down on my couch with my feet up 🙄
