My makeup ladies..what's a good concealer for medium/brown skin that really covers dark circles and also need a good eyebrow pencil ...need my brows to be twins not cousins lol

I've seen that used in YouTube tutorials...so you just apply it and then apply your foundation on top of it like normal? @mommalyles,

The orange concealers work best for my dark circles!! I don't use anything but that for under eyes
