It's not, I feel for you I honestly do. I went through the same thing. I was 3cm, lost my plug had my show and they wouldn't admit me til I was 4, I was so stressed from being in so much pain I stayed at 3 for 4 days, then went to 6 in a matter of three hours or so. Don't worry, baby's coming soon! Get that epi lol. I'm praying for you ❣️🙏🏻
