My daughter is 3 1/2 and I put hydrocortisone creme on her but my son I didn't put nothing and it went away

No they just said don't put anything on it will go away my kids doctors said it was baby acne he had it all over on his face @mrs_spectaculus and my daughter had eczema but it was diff from that she kept itching it

I don't know 🤷🏽‍♀️ I think probably is too young for that because it made my daughter's eczema look worse. Her eczema appeared at like two or three weeks of age and I start using aveeno and it looks a lot better
