I am in the same boat. My bf family called my daughter "a product of adultery because in gods eyes (his ex wife) will always be his true wife". I'm not even kidding. When his father passed away, they made a point to let my bf know I wasn't invited to the dinner after the service. I live in Ct and my moms in Florida. So I totally understand how that feels. I feel like they think I have no one. I honestly stay as far away from them as I can and my daughter is forbidden to go anywhere near them without me. It's hard but a lot of it has to do with your SO standing up to them (which is a battle in itself because they're his family he loves them he doesn't see it like that). That's my scenario to a T. Don't take shit from anyone. If they have no relationship with the mother, they don't deserve a relationship w the child !!!

I'm so with you. My family is all in Florida and so I'm stuck dealing with my MIL and FIL. Who both tried to convince me to get an abortion until I was 6 months pregnant. Now my MIL is offended that I won't let her babysit and that we don't come over all the time.

Happy Saturday Ladies, Our first Baby Registry Gift Exchange was a huge success and we wanted to see if there was interest in starting a new one. Like a “Secret Santa” game for Preggies, everyone who participated was given a secret member to gift from their registry. We made the matches and provided the details. If you are interested, please leave your name in the comments. If you’ve already had your baby or don’t have a registry, you can still play, just give us some ideas on what gift you’d like. We will post in the week as well to make sure we have a good group, and then we will message you next steps. Can’t wait! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Take care, Preggie_USA

Moms, Many of you are also a #preemiemommy with plenty of experience with the NICU👶🏻. We want to create a new blog article about preemies. What advice do you have for new moms who may be worried about a preterm birth or who's baby is currently in the NICU? How did you and your family survive? We want to hear from you. Please reply in the comments below and one mom would love to start using the hashtag #preemiemommy on the newsfeed. Thank you! mom.life.usa🌺
