My only concern is after giving birth is my stomach I was already self conscious about it but after birth I'm gonna be extremely self conscious
I kind of suffered from postpartum depression after I had my first due to me being self conscious about my weight and not accepting my appearance. I made a promise to myself this time no matter what I'm going to eat better and exercise.
Sometimes I feel down on myself or self conscious about my body, but I just remind myself I carried and birthed 3 beautiful children with this body and I’ll eventually get back to what I was 😊
