@nmc95 oh ok. I want to start sleep training asap it's a bit hard with my 5y old and my husband sleeping schedule. Lol they have bo schedule we all go to sleep whenever. But that has to change!
@misssnow my son had a schedule then I started to work from 345pm until 215am and that for him off schedule. Now I'm going back to do a first shift job so hopefully I can get him.back on a schedule

@misssnow I'm getting used to getting less sleep. Even on the days that he sleeps in later I'm still up early smh
