Does it feel like there's water in your ear? Sinus issues can cause leakage of fluids into the ear, giving a muffled feeling and causing you to feel off balance. In this case, a decongestant will help. I worked for years as a secretary and nurse assistant on the medical floor and ER. I always had sinus problems and that's what the doctors would recommend. 😃

I used to get it a lot after my car accident and while pregnant. Motion sickness meds help. I used the SeaBand wrist band too.

My ears are muffled feeling they don't hurt but I feel dizzy like off balance feeling I don't feel sick or anything @lovelily

Yes it's the worst thing ever. I get it a few times a year. Have medicine prescribed for it but mostly it just takes time for mine to wear off 😔
