I only had one for 2 days, I did complete the deed the night before the 1st positive test, then skipped a day and did the deed the day after that as well. My daughter is 4 months old. Only month I tried.
Not unless you are on some type of ovulation medications then it cause inaccurate readings. Its actually testing for the hormone that peaks about 24 hrs before ovulation. Its not able to predict actual ovulation. Only labs by a doctor can do that..its possible to have a positive opk and not actually ovulate if something in the body is wrong.

You can have positive ones for days after you get your first positive. But every box tells you not to take anymore after you get your first positive
