Could be a sign of preeclampsia or it could be normal swelling.

@mamasbabies, no headache I just feel tired a lot more like my body is gonna fall apart 😩I still have a few weeks till my maternity leave I don't start it till march 3

Keep an eye on your swelling. If your blood pressure starts going up I'd definitely go to the dr right away.
