So I’m in need of help..

My daughter keeps breaking out bad.. we thought it was the laundry soap we use to wash laundry (arm n hammer) , and so we switched (ALL, and XTra) but she keeeps breaking out.. my mom made a comment saying it could be her bed... could it be? Also I never said anything about "special soap" that protects you from getting an infection. I said we use a good, non dye, non scented soap that we got from the hospital that surgeons use before they perform surgery... not because it prevents an infection, but because it makes sure that we are both very clean.
