Need some advice:

Earlier my upper abdomen (stomach) starting burning and cramping. It is very painful. I let out a few burps so I figured it is indigestion (but the worst I've ever felt) It just kept getting worse and worse. I got take a warm bath hoping that will help them started to feel sort of nauseous. I ended up throwing up and it was yellow clumps of something and blood. Should I be worried? Or go to the hospital? It still hurts since throwing up but not as bad. I can feel baby moving around also.
