Girl I worked in a bar with less than 50 people and still was able to file a charge with the EEOC, I did leave but by choice. Try contacting your local EEOC office and see if they can help you. If it's far from your house like mine was you can do everything by mail or call. Even if state law doesn't cover federal law might or vice versa. Good luck boo
@bria, the problem is my company is less than 50 people and so then many of the laws don't count. It's shitty but I'm talking to the HR team to see what I can do.
