When your doctor prescribes you b12 100mcg, but the lowest the stores carry is 500mcg. I can't split this pill in 5.... Pharmacist just tells me that it's fine.... a dose 5x what I need to take is "fine" 😑

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

@bebefever94 I ended up finding them at Walgreens. You can get folic acid over the counter too. They filled that script for me, but not the b12. Mostly just confused. Lol

They are hard to find sometimes! lol I went to 3 stores before finding my b50 complex vitamins so odd!

@mommy2benntley @bebefever94 @raquely Yeah, the nurses where I work said it should be fine. But I'm weird. I did find it online before hand. I just didn't realize 1. Walmart wouldn't fill it as a regular prescription. Or 2. They wouldn't have my dose on the shelf

Yup be vitamins are water-soluble so if you wanted to you could just cut it in half and @raquely, she's right you would just Pee out what your body doesn't use
