Ladies I need your advice. If CPS gave my mother in law temporary custody of my son as soon as he got out of the hospital at 5 months old and my mother in law on the other hand won't let me see him as often as she use to just because I'm in a different city, is that wrong?

Girl,when i had my first cps accused me of neglect and i was out of the hospital for one day. Baby was sleep after crying all night so me and my man went outside to smoke a piece of blunt and cps showed up and told me that i was a bad mom and i neglected my little boy and i didnt love him bc i had smoked a lottle bit. Didnt give us no chance. Had to sign custody over to his parents and we pay child support and we dont even get to see them. They are trash and i hope some cps workers lose their jobs just from judgement
I think CPS discriminated against me just because I have a disability
I'm gonna get him back and I will not stop until I do get him back. I have so many plans for him and i will not CPS let ruin that for me.
Its wrong but i heard once cps is involved its hard to get them out your life.. I don't know too much about it but hold your head up
