Ladies with more than one child or with only one child give your advice and opinions! I'm in two minds about having another baby for a few reasons 1- money and housing 2- I can just about cope with one child 3- I don't want to love anyone more than albie and I don't think I can 4- having one has already ruined my relationship BUT I was a only child for 6 years from my dad having a child and then 10 years when my mum had my brother and I was so lonely and craved having a sibling to share things with but when they were born I also hated my brothers because it wasn't just me however when we go on holidays, grow old etc I don't want albie to be alone So what would you say is the best age gap? Or are you happy to just have one child?

I'd love to have another when Harvey is 3 or 4 xx my mum had 4 of us and said it was much easier age gap between me and my sisters (3 years) as we were out of nappies and more independent than it was with my youngest sister and brother (1 1/2 years) xxx

I think whether you have 1 or more children you'll get a whole lot of challenges as you've mentioned. I think it comes down to being realistic. Are you ready financially, emotionally for another child? I know financial's can always change (as we're now experiencing). And also if you think 1 child puts a strain on your relationship... I tell you now 2 will put even more! Lol. I had siblings but we were never close or friends growing up. But as you say I had others to speak to at least on holidays etc 😂 As for loving another. There's plenty to go around. I also had this worry but when I was pregnant with Max & I had a scare or 2 & when I was in labour & at one point they thought he'd stopped breathing I cried my eyes out at the thought of loosing him. I love both my boys to the moon & back. I wanted a 3yr gap originally however we ended up with a 2yr gap lol

I'm pregnant again and couldn't be happier. We are not in a financially perfect place. At times we may not have a lot left over. But we have everything we would need for another baby already! I adore Melody but I know I'll love this baby just as much! It's something that you and your partner need to discuss. I was surprised by it and personally don't feel I could emotionally cope with an abortion. I know from my friends and my own family that the bigger the age gaps the more resent we had for each other. I now don't speak to any of my siblings. I think everyone is different and it's all about what you want and what's best for Albie. I'll be glad that Melody has a friend for when she's home and for when they're in playgroup if they're shy at least they will have each other.
