New mom on the app and in general, my 7day old has reflux issue that sent us to the NICU on day 4 (nightmare) would love any advice or suggestions from other moms of reflux babies, especially on sleeping techniques. We keep her upright after breastfeeding for 20-30min but if I lay her flat she usually spits up, I'm so afraid she'll choke on her spit up!

how did you know it as reflux? what happen so u went to er?

@dawnrose has some issues in hospital but they discharged us anyways and then on after our first night home went for well baby visit and her spit up at docs office was green so they sent us directly to the NICU (3 day min stay) after several GI tests they didn't find any blockage or any major issue and suspect she has reflux issues with a slow muscle that keeps food in the stomach (can't remember the name of the muscle)

Rock and plays keep baby elevated and also gripe water is amazing.
