A doula is a professional trained in childbirth who provides emotional, physical, and educational support to a mother who is expecting, is experiencing labor, or has recently given birth. The doula’s purpose is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience. I provide prenatal help, and during labor to help avoid unnecessary interventions and help labor be fast as possible. I then help with postpartum care, breastfeeding, infertility, stillbirth and so on!
A Doula is for hospitals, birth centers, and home births, even if you're getting an epidural or a c-section Doulas are an essential!
Hi nice to meet you! Welcome to the mommy life app
Who here has had a doula during labor and birth? I'd love to hear your stories! I had 1 for labor but had to have a csection and am going to go for a vbac with the same doula for baby #2!
Who is your wireless provider? I have Verizon and their prices are outrageous. Who is a better provider?
I'm in labor

Who is considering getting a midwife/doula? I want a home birth but I think it's just gonna have to happen in the hospital with insurance and all. Is anyone else looking into home births?
