Heat rash.

It looks like a heat rash. My daughters get them a lot. They tend to sweat at night. My doctor just tells me to Give a warm bath and put clothes on that they have worn before nothing new.

@kaidens_mommy, it looks like sweat bumps but still check with your doctor, can never be too safe.

Okay thanks! He actually had strawberry last week and got hives all over his face. They said to try again in a couple months.
