How do you ladies keep your weight down during your pregnancy? I gained 60 pounds with my daughter and I definitely do not want to do that again. I'll be 25 weeks tmrw and I've already gained 19 pounds. I need to slow this weight gain but I just want to eat everything. Help! Lol
Lol right. It's so much easier to go pick up food then to make it. I try to drink water all day. I don't really like soda. Sometimes I'll drink some decaf or tea though. Last night I made some baked smores and they were so good. It's so hard to keep away from the sweets. I just want cinnamon rolls! Lol @jaaz_sm
I'll definitely try to drink more water it seems like I get dehydrated so fast. My first pregnancy I didn't do any walking either but I lost all the weight from breastfeeding. I'm not really worried about loosing the weight later because I'll be breastfeeding again but gaining weight makes me have no energy so it'll be good for me to try to avoid it. Girl I hear you ! it is hard to keep away . But when I do eat fast foods I drink some kind of water I feel less guilty lol but your welcome . @mommysarah7
Thank you I will start. I'll get my husband to start walking with me. I do eat alot of fast food and sweets so that's probably what's causing it. Good luck. These pregnancy craving have been getting the best of me lol @jaaz_sm
I drink like 6-8 bottles of water a day. And when I wasn't pregnant I did no walking and lost nothing. Being pregnant I increased water intake and walking and have lost 40lbs. And havnt gained any since loosing it. I'm 28 weeks. It definetly has helped me
Walking does help a ton , more fruits & veggies . Less fast food , & greasy foods , even drinking lemon or flavored water , I hate drinking just plain water . I googled it I'm trying to keep my weight down this pregnancy too lol
I try to drink at least 4 bottles of water a day. I guess I should start going on walks. At my job I just sit down. Does walking help alot? @allyk.xmommy
Good luck girly. Also try eating small meals throughout the day. Like 5-8 really really small meals. It'll help with your metabolism
