Ok mommies . Is coffee bad?? I never use to drink it and every since my new baby turned 1month I've been on it ! Every day I have a cup now and out of nowhere this happened I've never been a coffee drinker and I remember people saying don't be a coffee drinker don't start being one ever. Well it was kind of surprise. But now I love it and I don't know if I should stop myself now or keep going lol

one cup a day of coffee is completely fine. I breastfeed my daughter and she's fine and not affected by it.

Yep. I worked at Starbucks while pregnant with my first. I didn't drink too much caffeine til my 2nd was born. 2 cups whenever I need it and I'm good. I don't drink it so much now because my LO sleeps all night but when he wasn't I had to have my coffee daily

Everything is good in moderation. There have been studies showing a cup a day can improve heart health however too much coffee can cause problems.
So this has nothing to do with my pregnancy but it's a thought I've been having lately: when I first met my husband I told him I was bisexual but willing to date him as long as my past was never bought up in our relationship.... been married for 4 years now and lately I've been missing a female touch... I don't love him any less in fact I love him more each day but sometimes I miss that intimacy
