I passed the glucose test! but found out I'm slightly anemic, I'm being given a iron supplement 3 times a day, can I fix my iron before I give birth? and what complications can it cause during labor?

I had the same problem when I was pregnant it went back to normal after I had my son.

Your levels should be good by birth if u stay on meds. I'm still taking mine. I had c section and no problems there. The only problem u may have is constipation.
