What do contractions feel like ? I have no clue 😩 I am having harsh cramping and horrible back pain…

I hate the guessing game 😕 @dawnrose, I really want it to be time, but I don't wanna be disappointed if it's not.

when I got mine I didn't know what to expect... but they were consistent and getting more painful so I started to time them... and yup I was in labor

I had the same issue. The unknowing of when and how it is suppose to be! I can tell you that you a extremely close - I had back pain and could barely walk or sit and I felt like between my legs it would cramp if I walked too much or stood up from a chair - two days later I was in labor ... maybe my experience helps you! Trust me when I tell you, you just need to relax and everything will come together ❤️

Time the start of one pain to the start of another. If it's consistent it's labor. Labor feels like cramps that keep coming for me.

For me contractions felt like really strong period cramps. I was asleep and the pain woke me up I had no idea what was going on. From my experience I can tell you you'll know they're contractions you can feel them coming on after a few and they last a couple seconds to a min and it feels like you're being squeezed and it's painful. It really helped me to stand up during the contractions I didn't lay down or sit down it made it soo much worse. When I was in unbearable pain I took a really hot shower and tried to relax and let the hot water hit me back. Then I headed to the hospital. They told me I was 4cm dialed already 😳 I got admitted right away. Good luck ❤️
