Thanks for the advice ladies it has put that doubt in my mind so I'll have to go get checked out tomorrow really can't wait until next month

they heard mine at 16 weeks last time but i couldn't hear much, it is so faint she could have just missed it

They told me at my 16wk midwife before she listened that she may not be able to pick it up at first but she did. Your placenta may be at the front of your utreus so could have hidden the heartbeat. Can u feel flutters or anything @nailah xx

what nxt month this is a serious issue hun at 16 weeks u can hear the heart beat strsight away hun this isn't right they should concern this as urgent... @nailah

if your worried go too hospital to get checked out and my midwife dont check for heart beat until you are over 20 weeks , am sure everything will be fine but it would stress me out too if I was in your shoe's xx @nailah

No she didn't seem worried my next scan is 15th of March which seems like ages away now @chesscalouise2

Yeh they don't usually try at the midwives until 16weeks.

I went for a scan today I'm 16 weeks 4 days, asked if I wanted to hear it I said yes too! she picked mine up but did say don't be surprised if you don't hear it because baby is so small, nothing to worry about! @nailah
